To build neighborly connections, to be a voice for our common neighborhood interests, and to maintain and enhance the quality of life in our neighborhood by organizing and working together for the common good and general welfare of the community.

North/ South: 37th ST. NW south to Cascade St
East / West: 9th Ave NW west to 18th Ave. NW.

Description

An established mostly residential neighborhood with many trees, about 600 homes, the John Adams Middle School, 2 Churches, parkland and bike trail access, and about 10 small neighborhood businesses within the area. Nearby are 2 elementary schools, other churches and neighborhood retail businesses.
