Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and other pending legislation
After Thanksgiving break, momentous congressional decisons will be made which will change the landscape of our country forever.Changes to the Endangered Species Act are forthcoming ,as is a possibility that drilling language may be inserted into the final Budget bill ,once conference committes begin their work.It is only the voices of Citizens that will save the Arctic refuge and preserve Endangered Species.. The future of our ecosystems, on which we all depend for life.. from the smallest to the largest, will hang on the decision that are made now. It is not your abilities that make you who you are.. it is your choices , says Dumbledore from the Harry Potter series.
