 <description>&lt;p&gt;OLMCERT is a community organization devoted to the idea that locally generated,  cleanly produced, renewable  energy is the long term best possible solution to the needs of Olmsted County residents.  OLMCERTS is part of SE CERTS and the State CERTS organization. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Our interests are in educating people on clean energy, intacting with local government officials about energy, and convincing users that in the long term clean locaxlly produced energy is the future.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;An interesting article on energy was in Sunday NY Times, new technology is transforming coal to liquid fuel:&lt;/p&gt;
