- Dr. Steve Norton, a Rochester Psychologist, will talk about the psycho-logical effects of working in high risk environments. Comments will be based on experiences with individuals working in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as his own brief stint in Iraq providing psychological services to a variety of personnel.
