For youth 11-15 year olds who love to swim and would like to gain some experience working with younger kids in the pool. You will learn how to work with swim instructors and kids in group swimming lessons. We will teach you water safety, teaching methods, water games, and more. The City Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, will hold a public meeting in the Council/Board Chambers of the Government Center, 151 4th Street SE, Rochester, MN, on Wednesday, February 13, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. regarding:

• Type III, Phase II, Incentive Development R2008-001CUP by First Presbyterian Church. The applicant is proposing an addition to the church which would exceed to allowable floor area. The property is located along the south side of 3rd Street SW and along the east side of 6th Avenue SW.
