At 8 years old, Tristen Trogstad was the 2007 Neighborhood Hero of the Year (pictured here receiving her award from Mayor Brede). Tristen ran for help to save her grandmother from a very serious medical situation.

The Rochester–Olmsted Council of Governments (ROCOG) and the Bicycle –Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) is working to implement the ROCOG 2035 Transportation Plan on bicycle and pedestrian improvements in both the Rochester City and Olmsted County area.
