Cyberbullying
 

The Olmsted County Youth Commission in collaboration with Lincoln K-8 Choice School (Rochester Public Schools) will be hosting a presentation on cyberbullying on November 24 @ the Lincoln School (located at the corner of 8th Ave SE and 12st SE).

We are bringing in a nationally known researcher and presenter Dr. Jason Patchin from the University of Wisconsin--Eau Claire. The issue of cyberbullying is becoming more significant issue for young people.

That on Tuesday, November 25, 2008, at some time after 7:00 p.m. at the Olmsted County Government Center, located at 151 4th St. SE, Rochester, Minnesota, in the Council/Board Chambers, the Olmsted County Board will conduct a public hearing to consider the following:

  • Olmsted County Land Use Plan Map Amendment #O2008-002LUPA initiated by the Olmsted County Board of Commissioners to redesignate approximately 1440 acres from the Resource Protection Area to the 25 Year Urban Service Area and adopt the detailed Eyota City Land Use Plan designations for those areas currently outside Eyota’s municipal boundaries.
