In 2007, Mayor Brede brought a team of organizations and businesses together to plan and coordinate what would become aptly named, Help Make Rochester A Litter Bit Better! Check our website for recent news and upcoming events [1] and for more about the history of the campaign [2].
This campaign is now an effort to not only organize an annual city-wide clean up, but also educate Rochester citizens of all ages about the environmental effects of littering.
