Notice is hereby given that the Rochester Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 5, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. in Room 104, located at the City Hall, 201 4th Street SE, Rochester, MN. The purpose of this hearing will be to consider the following:

  • Type III, Phase I, Variance Request R2007-021VAR by Mary Hayek to rebuild a new garage that does not meet the required setback for attached garages in a residential district located in the side street side yard off of a public right-of-way. The property is in the R-1 (Mixed Single Family) Zoning District. The property address is 1112 2nd Street NW, Rochester, MN.
  • Type III, Phase I, Variance Request R2007-022VAR by Lighthouse Family Church to resurface and expand a parking lot that will not meet the required setback for parking areas associated with Area Accessory Developments in a residential district located in the side street side yard and adjacent to the front yard of a residential use. The property is in the R-1 (Mixed Single Family) Zoning District. The property address is 2510 13th Ave NW, Rochester, MN.
  • Type III, Phase I, Variance Request R2007-023VAR by Michael King to build an attached garage that will not meet the required interior side yard setback for attached garages in a residential district. The property is in the R-1 (Mixed Single Family) Zoning District. The property address is 814 9th Street SW, Rochester, MN.
