Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that all persons interested in the following public hearings:
- Vacation Petition R2008-010VAC UTILITY by GP Development. The applicant is proposing to vacate the 30 foot wide drainage easement over and across Lot 1, Block 3, Greystone Subdivision. The property is located east of 18th Avenue SW and Wicklow Lane SW and north of Greystone Lane SW.
- Text Amendment #06-03, initiated by the Rochester City Planning and Zoning Commission, to amend sections of the Zoning Ordinance and Land Development Manual that regulate signs. Sections 60.113, 60.200, 62.411-412, and several subsections of Section 63.220-228 are included in the amendment. The amendment is necessary for internal consistency and clarity of language in certain subsections.
May be heard at a meeting of the Common Council to be held in the Council/Board Chambers in the Government Center, 151 4th Street SE, in said City at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 19, 2008.
