Rochester Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Rochester Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 4, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council/Board Chambers of the Government Center, 151 4th Street SE, Rochester, MN. The purpose of this hearing will be to consider the following:

• Type III, Phase I, Variance Request R2008-008VAR by Verizon Wireless to allow for the construction of an equipment shelter that will not meet the setbacks for area accessory uses in the R-1 (Mixed Single Family) Zoning District. The property is located at 1204 Northern Heights Drive NW, Rochester, MN.
• Type III, Phase I, Variance Request R2008-009VAR by Craig Asleson to allow for the construction of a detached garage that will not meet the maximum allowable coverage in the rear yard for accessory structures in the R-1 (Mixed Single Family) Zoning District. The property is located at 1236 Elton Hills Drive NW, Rochester, MN.
