The City Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, will hold a public meeting in the Council/Board Chambers of the Government Center, 151 4th Street SE, Rochester, MN, on Wednesday, June 11, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. regarding:
- Amendment to General Development Plan R00241GDP by Joel Bigelow & Sons Enterprises, Inc. know as Harvestview II. The applicant is requesting to amend the approved GDP by changing an area identified as attached townhomes to designate the area for a private school.
The property is located north of 55th Street NW, east of 60th Avenue NW and west of the future 56th Avenue NW and south of the future 56th Street NW.
