Rochester Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Rochester Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 2, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council/Board Chambers of the Government Center, 151 4th Street SE, Rochester, MN. The purpose of this hearing will be to consider the following:

  • Type III, Phase I, Variance Request R2008-011VAR by Whiskey Creek Woodfire Grill to allow for a variance to the lighting standards for internally lit signs and the regulated sign construction criteria. The property is located at 1705 South Broadway and is in the B-4 (General Commercial) Zoning District.
  • Type III, Phase I, Variance Request R2008-013VAR by Kim Woong to allow for the construction of a detached garage that will not meet the front yard setbacks in the R-1 (Mixed Single Family) Zoning District. The property is located at 2577 Northridge LN NE, Rochester, MN.
  • Type III, Phase I, Variance Request R2008-014VAR by Ken and Denizse Chase to allow for the construction of an attached garage that will not meet the rear yard or interior side yard setbacks in the R-1 (Mixed Single Family) Zoning District. The property is located at 1815 19th Ave NW, Rochester, MN.
