Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that all persons interested in the following public hearings:

  • Vacation Petition R2008-012VAC UTILITY by Christopher & Debra Bathke. The applicant is proposing to vacate the 5 foot wide utility easement located along the south line of Lot 12, Block 5, Willow Heights First Subdivision. The property is located at 3810 Willow Heights Drive SW.
  • Final Plat R2008-008PLAT by Joe Weis, Weis Development, Inc., to be known as Washington Village. The plat consists of 2.42 acres to be subdivided into 2 lots for development. The property is located along the east side of 11th Avenue NW, north of the Northgate Plaza Apartments and south of the undeveloped right-of-way of 10th Street NW.
  • Amendment to General Development Plan R00241GDP by Joel Bigelow & Sons Enterprises, Inc. know as Harvestview II. The applicant is requesting to amend the approved GDP by changing an area identified as attached townhomes to designate the area for a private school. The property is located north of 55th Street NW, east of 60th Avenue NW and west of the future 56th Avenue NW and south of the future 56th Street NW.

May be heard at a meeting of the Common Council to be held in the Council/Board Chambers in the Government Center, 151 4th Street SE, in said City at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 7, 2008.
