City Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting

The City Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, will hold a public meeting in the Council/Board Chambers of the Government Center, 151 4th Street SE, Rochester, MN, on Wednesday, July 23, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. regarding:

Type III, Phase II Incentive Development R2008-025CUP and Design Modification R2008-004DM by VP2, LLC and MSIRG, LLC. The applicant proposes to construct a 124 room hotel in the southeast corner of the site. The proposed building exceeds the allowable floor area ratio and permitted height within the B-4 zoning district. The property is located north of Carlton Street SW and west along Commercial Drive SW (the previous site of Mills Fleet Farm).

Preliminary Plat #R2008-009PLAT by Hadley Valley Partners of Rochester LLC to be known as Hadley Creek Village Third. The Plat proposes to subdivide approximately 5.04 acres of land into 23 lots for residential dwellings and 4 outlots. The Plat also proposes to dedicate right-of-way for the extension Celebration Court NE. The Plat is located along the north side of 48th Street NE and west and south of Hadley Creek Drive NE.
