A Night Out with the Honkers & RNeighbors

 

McGruff the Crime Dog and his nephew Scruff, members of the Rochester Police Department, RNeighbors Board members, and members of the National Night Out Committee all helped hand out T-shirts to the first 500 fans at the Rochester Honkers game on Tuesday, July 8th.

The game was sponsored by National Night out(an effort led by the Rochester Police Department), RNeighbors, RSVP (Senior Volunteer Corps), and Sixta Insurance to help promote National Night Out.

National Night Out is a nation-wide event that is happening locally! The night promotes Police-community partnerships, crime and drug prevention awareness, safety and neighborhood unity. Neighborhoods can register their parties at www.coptalklive.com.
