Our pilot painting [1], done last summer near the Hawthorne Literacy Center on 5th Avenue and 7th Street SE, is looking a little shabby, so Slattery Park Neighbors and other community members will be getting together to retouch the beautiful flower that was designed by Susan Waughtal and modified by muralist Greg Wimmer.

All are invited to help with this great event!
