NOTICE OF COUNCIL HEARING
Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that all persons interested in the following public hearings:
The question of whether the following described parcels of land recently annexed to the City should be included in the Rural Service District established by Ordinance 1466.
1. 66.06 acres located along the east side of Valleyhigh Road NW in a part of the North 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 19, Cascade Township Rochester Cascades LLC.
2. 40 acres located along the south side of Valleyhigh Road NW and along the west side of 50th Ave. NW in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 19, Cascade Township owned by Badger Development II, LLC.
3. 34.54 acres located east of Hilltop Ave. SE and south of Harbor Drive SE in a part of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 8, Marion Township owned by Margaret Nelson.
4. 33.75 acres located east of Hilltop Ave. SE and north of Nelson Court SE in a part of the W 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 8, Marion Township owned by Sherry Lampman Trust.
5. 40.09 acres located north of 20th Street SE and west of 36th Avenue SE in a part of the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 8, Marion Township owned by H-K-H Company.
6. 5.30 acres located north of Christopher Drive SE and west of 35th Avenue SE in a part of the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 8, Marion Township owned by H-K-H Company.
7. 59.62 acres located north of 20th Street SE and east of 36th Avenue SE in a part of the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 8, Marion Township owned by Joseph and Beatriz Weivoda.
8. 10.71 acres located north of 20th Street SE and east of 36th Avenue SE in the part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 8, Marion Township owned by Gary and Janice Mattison.
9. 37.19 acres located north of 20th Street SE and east of 36th Avenue SE in the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 8, Marion Township owned by Gary and Janice Mattison.
10. 25 acres located north of 20 Street SE and east of 36th Avenue SE in the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 8, Marion Township owned by Gary and Kathleen Gunderson.
11. 13.32 acres located along the south side of 20th Street SE and north of Marion Road SE described as Lot 14 less than piece to Phosky, Auditor’s Plat E owned by Ervin L Morgan Etal.
12. 14.32 acres located along the south side of 20th Street SE and north of Marion Road SE described as Lot 15, Auditor’s Plat E owned by H K H.
13. 5.55 acres located at the west end of 22 Street SE and north of Pinewood Road SE in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the Section 18, Marion Township owned by Quinstar Limited Partnership.
14. 50.00 acres located west of 22nd Street SE and south of Marion road in the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the W 10 acres of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 18, Marion Township owned by Quinstar Limited Partnership.
May be heard at a meeting of the Common Council to be held in the Council/Board Chambers in the Government Center, 151 4th Street SE in said City at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 18, 2008.
