Notice is hereby given that the Rochester Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing:
Wednesday, August 6, 2008
7:00 p.m.

Council/Board Chambers of the Government Center
151 4th Street SE, Rochester, MN.

The purpose of this hearing will be to consider the following:

Type III, Phase I, Variance Request R2008-015VAR by Community Presbyterian Church to construct a sign that will not meet the required size and height for signage associated with Area Accessory Developments in a residential district. The property is in the R-1 (Mixed Single Family) Zoning District. The property address is 3705 55th St. NW, Rochester, MN.
