Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that all persons interested in the following public hearings:

Annexation Petition R2008-002ANX by Olmsted County to annex approximately 87.09 acres of land located east of St. Bridget Road SE and the Forest Knoll Subdivision, and south of 45th Street SE (County Road 101), a part Section 25 and Section 36, Rochester Township.

May be heard at a meeting of the Common Council to be held in the Council/Board Chambers in the Government Center, 151 4th Street SE, in said City at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 15, 2008.
