Common Council of the City of Rochester

Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that all persons interested in the following public hearings:

• Preliminary Plat #R2008-0011PLAT by Bigelow Homes, Inc. to be known as Harvestview Sixth. The Plat proposes to subdivide approximately 7.52 acres of land into 25 lots for residential dwellings and 2 outlots. The Plat also proposes to dedicate right-of-way for public roadways. The Plat is located along the Prosper Ave. NW, October Road NW and Harvest Lake Drive NW.
• Type III, Phase II Amendment to General Development Plan R00146GDP by Bigelow Homes, Inc. known as Kingsbury Hills. The applicant is requesting to amend the approved GDP by changing an area identified as attached single family lots to designate the area for a church. The roadway pattern through the area is also proposed to be modified. The property is located east of 60th Ave., NW and south of Kingsbury Dr., NW and Kingsbury 8th subdivision.

May be heard at a meeting of the Common Council to be held in the Council/Board Chambers in the Government Center, 151 4th Street SE, in said City at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 15, 2008.
