Notice is hereby given that the Rochester Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 1, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council/Board Chambers of the Government Center, 151 4th Street SE, Rochester, MN. The purpose of this hearing will be to consider the following:
- Type III, Phase I, Variance Request R2008-021VAR by Zumbro Lutheran Church for the construction of a Columbaria that will not meet the required setbacks for Area Accessory Development within the R-4 (High Density Residential) Zoning District. The property address is 624 3rd Avenue SW, Rochester, MN.
- Type III, Phase I, Variance Request R2008-020VAR by AT&T/Prosource Tech to construct a telecommunication equipment shelter that will not meet the required setbacks in a residential district. The property is in the R-1 (Mixed Single Family) Zoning District. The property address is 1020 38th Street SW, Rochester, MN.
