Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that all persons interested in the following public hearings:

Final Plat R2008-013PLAT by Summit Dental Consulting to be known as Circle Drive Business Center Seventh. The plat proposes to re-subdivide Lot 4 Block 1, Circle Drive Business Center Third into 2 lots for the development of a parking lot on one of the lots. The property is located along the west side of West Circle Drive and north of 26th Street NW.

May be heard at a meeting of the Common Council to be held in the Council/Board Chambers in the Government Center, 151 4th Street SE, in said City at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 20, 2008.
