The City Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, will hold a public meeting in the Council/Board Chambers of the Government Center, 151 4th Street SE, Rochester, MN, on Wednesday, October 22, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. regarding:

Amendment to Special District #16 (R00016SD) known as Harvestview II by Bigelow Homes, Inc. The applicant is proposing to amend the exhibits for the special district language eliminating alleys within the blocks to the west and north of the elementary school. The property is located along the north side of 55th Street NW, east of 60th Avenue NW and south of the Douglas Trail.
