Common Council of the City of Rochester

Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that all persons interested in the following public hearings:

• Type III, Phase II Restricted Development R2008-032CUP by Rochester Senior Housing, Inc. The applicant proposes to construct a 54 unit senior housing independent housing development on 2.20 acres. The building would consist of 3 floors and be approximately 44,949 square feet. The property is located along the west side of Kenosha Drive NW, north of Valley High Road NW and south of 35th Street NW and Badger Hills 3rd Subdivision.
• Type III, Phase II Amendment to General Development Plan R00173GDP known as Ridgewood by Freedom Development and Consulting. The applicant is requesting to amend the approved GDP by changing an area identified as single family detached dwellings to single family attached dwellings. The roadway pattern through the area is also proposed to be modified. The property is located east of 40th Ave. SE, south of Rolling Ridge Subdivision and Valley Side Estates Third Subdivision and Starling Lane SE.

May be heard at a meeting of the Common Council to be held in the Council/Board Chambers in the Government Center, 151 4th Street SE, in said City at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 3, 2008.
