Olmsted County Board Public Hearing

That on Tuesday, November 25, 2008, at some time after 7:00 p.m. at the Olmsted County Government Center, located at 151 4th St. SE, Rochester, Minnesota, in the Council/Board Chambers, the Olmsted County Board will conduct a public hearing to consider the following:

• Olmsted County Land Use Plan Map Amendment #O2008-002LUPA initiated by the Olmsted County Board of Commissioners to redesignate approximately 1440 acres from the Resource Protection Area to the 25 Year Urban Service Area and adopt the detailed Eyota City Land Use Plan designations for those areas currently outside Eyota’s municipal boundaries. The property is located in the SW 1/4 of Section 11, the S 1/2 of Section 10, the NW 1/4 and S 1/2 of Section 15, and the N 1/2 of Sections 22 and 23, Eyota Township.

This notice is given pursuant to law and any interested person may present testimony and evidence bearing on the proceedings at the above-mentioned time and place.
