Notice is hereby given by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that all persons interested in the following public hearings:
- Amendment to Special District #16 (R00016SD) known as Harvestview II by Bigelow Homes, Inc. The applicant is proposing to amend the exhibits for the special district language eliminating alleys within the blocks to the west and north of the elementary school. The property is located along the north side of 55th Street NW, east of 60th Avenue NW and south of the Douglas Trail.
May be heard at a meeting of the Common Council to be held in the Council/Board Chambers in the Government Center, 151 4th Street SE, in said City at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 17, 2008.
