Rochester Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that the Rochester Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 3, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council/Board Chambers of the Government Center, 151 4th Street SE, Rochester, MN. The purpose of this hearing will be to consider the following:
- Type III, Phase I, Variance Request R2008-028VAR by Dennis Mulholland Trust, to allow for the establishment of a triplex on a parcel of property that doesn’t meet the minimum lot size for a triplex in the R-2 (Low Density Residential) Zoning District. The property address is 14 9th Street NW, Rochester, MN.
- Type III, Phase I, Variance Request R2008-027VAR by Joni Mulholland, to allow for an increase in the hours of operation for a commercial use within the B-1 (Restricted Commercial) Zoning District. The property address is 2571 Clare Lane NE (Snap Fitness), Rochester, MN.
