Spring Children’s Theatre Production of “Rumpelstiltskin: The Truth”.
Adapted, written, and directed by RCTC's very own director of theatre,
Jerry Casper.

Friday, March 31, at 7:00pm and
Saturday, April 1 at 2:00pm. A classic fairy tale for the whole family.
RCTC Charles Hill Theatre
$5 adults, $3 children. Call 507-285-7200 for tickets

So, you think you know the story of Rumpelstiltskin? Can you answer
these questions after reading the original story? If Rumpelstiltskin can
turn straw into gold, what does he need with the young girl's jewlery? Why does he want a baby? Is he really mean or is he just misunderstood?
Wouldn't the king notice that after he married the miller's daughter that
she never turned straw to gold again? What would Rumpelstiltskin's family
be like?

If these questions have been keeping you up nights, get ready for RCTC's
original adaptation of Lady Dosfacia's story hour: "Rumpelstiltskin: The
Truth!" This fast paced version of the famous Grimm Fairytale ties up
some loose ends to the story as well as adding music, puppetry, laughter
and intrigue. Lady Dosfacia (the lady with two faces) was there when it
happened and is ready to tell all! Why does she have two faces? Why don't you come and find out! This is a version all ages are sure to love.
