The School Board recognized Century Principal Dr. Chuck Briscoe for his selection as Southeaster MN High School Principal of the Year.

2005-06 Improvement Plan – Kellogg Middle School: Information
Principal Dwight Jennings and teachers Carol Hubbard and Colette Osterberg presented the Kellogg Improvement Plan.

Smaller Learning Communities (SLC): Information
Pamela Haack, SLC Project Director, and building-level SLC facilitators Jeff Apse, Jean Marvin, and Steve Willman reported on progress of the Smaller Learning Communities grant.

2005-06 School Board Committee Assignments Update: Information

School Board Academy starts on Monday, April 10, and will run for six weeks. This is an opportunity to get an inside view of Rochester Public Schools. Register for one session or all six. A School Board study session is scheduled for Tuesday, April 18, 2006, from 4-5:30 p.m. A representative of Springsted, Inc., the District financial advisor, will present information related to a continuation referendum.
