 &lt;p&gt;A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony has been scheduled for The City of Rochester’s new Cascade Lake Bicycle Trail.  This is the trail that is roughly parallel to TH14 west from Country Club Manor to TH52. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Date: Wednesday October 8, 2008&lt;br /&gt;
Time: 4:00 PM&lt;br /&gt;
Location: At the west end of the trail near the intersection of Lake Street &amp;amp; Interlachen Lane.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The ceremony will include the following:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Gather along the trail near the west end.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pass out drawing tickets to all participants.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Recognition &amp;amp; Thank You&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Conduct a drawing for a grand prize and other prizes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have a Special Dignitary cut the ribbon.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;End up with a ride along the trail to TH52 and back to the starting point, then home.&lt;/li&gt;
