Eastside Pioneers Action Alert

The Minnesota Legislature recently weakened Minnesota Statute 609.115 governing victim input into pre-sentence investigations (PSI) associated with felony violations of Chapter 152 involving the sale or distribution of a controlled substance. The new language says that PSI’s do not necessarily have to include any adverse social or economic effects the offense has had on persons who reside in the neighborhood where the offense was committed. RColorful Corners Street Mural Grant

This summer, we will work with one deserving neighborhood to create a new street mural. Tell us your story and make a case for why your neighborhood is deserving of this grant.
