In an continued effort to spread joy across Rochester and put some local performers back to work, RNeighbors is partnering with the City of Rochester to award music grants, giving local musicians and performance artists work opportunities to showcase their talents in public spaces where people can safely enjoy. In an effort to spread joy across Rochester and put some local artists back to work, on August 15, 2020, RNeighbors partnered with the City of Rochester, and the Southeastern Minnesota Poets to hold a city-wide Chalk the Walk Festival.
