2022 RNeighbors Work Plan
The RNeighbors 2022 Work Plan builds off of Organization Priorities approved by the Board in January 2022 and outlines exact tactics to achieving our annual goals.
In addition to usual projects and programs getting back on track, we will also be actively listening to neighborhood leaders and community partners about engagement resources that would be helpful during this “new normal” time. With this information we’ll be creating a multi-year strategic plan with metrics and equity embedded throughout. This planning effort is in-part funded by a Commit to Action Towards Racial Justice grant from the United Way of Olmsted County.
2022 Organization Priorities
- Develop a 1 ‐ 2 Year Strategic Plan with Metrics
- Neighborhood Project Grants
- Neighborhood Tree Grants and Community Tree Plantings
- Part‐time Staff and/or Intern Addition
- Continued Work on Neighborhood Initiatives with City Departments and Mayor
Driving Strategies
- Cultivate the organization’s internal capacity and leverage resources needed to grow as a dynamic resource in an increasingly diverse city.
- Expand awareness and access to neighborhood-related resources, specifically underrepresented populations, through expanded collaboration with city departments.
