Seeking new Community Education Advisory Council Members for 2010-11
Community education is looking for new members to advise in the development and improvement of the programs offered by the Rochester Public Schols Community Education.
The Community Education Citizens Advisory Council is a group of committed youth and adult volunteers that care about Rochester Community Education and want to provide advice to staff to assist in providing quality programs for children, youth and adults. They meet on the first Wednesday of the month (October-May) from 3:30-5:00
They are seeking in total 5 additional community members to join the Education Advisory Council to provide multiple perspectives on community needs and wants for programs that serve preschoolers to adults.
To recieve an application please e-mail Jackie Silver, jasilver@rochester.k12.mn.us, and return it to her by August 15 for consideration to serve on the Council beginning in October 2010.
