CAPS Public Safety Survey

Citizen Advisors for Public Safety (CAPS) serves as a communication link between residents and local government to improve public safety.

CAPS is made up of volunteer representatives from each ward in Rochester, as well as representatives from local organizations and businesses. Several members of the Rochester Police Department Community Action Team (CAT) also attend meetings.

The CAPS team will be using the information gathered here to help identify issues in Rochester that are important to you. The results of this grass-roots effort will be shared with the Rochester City Council and Police Department in an effort to target problems and areas of interest.
