CAPS Meeting Minutes

Citizen Advisors for Public Safety (CAPS) is made up of volunteer representatives from each ward in Rochester, as well as representatives from local organizations and businesses. Several members of the Rochester Police Department Community Action Team (CAT) also attend meetings.

Meetings 
Open to the public and take place on the first Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm, in room 104 of the Government Center, 201 4th Street SE.
