Cascade Bridge Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

It’s time to celebrate the completion of the Cascade Bridge with a ribbon cutting ceremony! Please join us on Thrusday August 19th, at 6:00 PM to view and enjoy this new pathway.

Sponsored by the Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee of the Rochester Olmsted Council of Governments, the celebration will takeplace at the south end of the bridge with a brief ceremony to decicate the bridge and to give thanks.

We hope to see all of you there to join in the ceremony with  city, state, and federal officials, construction crews and engineers, local citizens, and lots of kids on their bikes! There will be a chance to win some neat prizes and go for a ride across the bridge and along Cascade Lake.
