The Alternate Side Winter Parking Pilot Program will not be enacted this year. Kutzky Park, Eastside Pioneers and Slatterly Park have opted-out of the pilot program. Discussions during the pilot program raised questions about the current parking restrictions in these neighborhoods. These neighborhoods are being given the opportunity to review the location and effectiveness of existing parking restrictions in their neighborhood.
