Presented by Rochester Public Utilities and Maier Forest and Tree When: Friday, April 30th from 11am-1 pm Where-Moved due to weather –  to Graham Arena 1 at the county fairgrounds Festivities: 3,000 free trees to give away, live music, free lunch (hot dogs, corn, chips and soda), tree experts on hand, free cfl’s, register for your chance to win a rain barrel and compost bin, balloonists, poster contest ceremony, tree planting and much more!

At the fall 2009 RNeighborWoods planting this group of Slatterly Park neighbors joined in the effort to get 100 news trees planted in their neighbohrood. Did you know that currently there are 28,434 vacant boulevard tree spaces throughout Rochester neighborhoods, out of a total of 56,550 spaces?
