War Kids Relief Festival

Rochester Art Center to host WAR KIDS RELIEF FESTIVAL

Sunday, September 20, 1-5 pm

After WALKING from Dallas, Texas to Minnesota, Gunnar Swanson, a young Iraq war veteran and program director of War Kids Relief, has finally arrived home! Come and meet this exceptional guy who walked 1,000 miles to collect money for children in war-torn countries.

Everyone is invited to help raise money for kids affected by war. In addition to some free activities, we’ll have some activities that will cost just a few dollars, and all funds raised will go directly to the kids in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Activities include: Belly Dancing, Kite Making, Letter Writing to kids in Irag, Face Painting and More!
